Biological Science is an exciting and continuously evolving field that explores life in all its forms. This programme offers a comprehensive curriculum delivered by skilled instructors and experts, providing students with an in-depth understanding of biological sciences such as biochemistry, animal and plant anatomy, genetics, microbiology, and molecular biology.

  • CORE COURSES

Organic Chemistry Practical and Analysis, Biochemistry, Developmental Biology, Cell and Molecular Biology, Biometry, Animal Physiology, Plant Physiology, Genetics, Integrity and Anti-Corruption, Research Methods in Biology, Cell and Tissue Culture, Basic Microbiology, Scientific Writing in Biology, Principles of Ecology, Principles of Analytical Chemistry, Principles of Organic Chemistry, Community Engagement, Communication Skills, Structure and Function of Animals, Structure and Function of Plants.

  • ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

STPM LEAVERS (SCIENCE)
Obtain at least Grade C in Biology at STPM level.

MATRICULATION / FOUNDATION LEAVERS (SCIENCE / ENGINEERING)
Obtain at least Grade C in Biology at Matriculation/Foundation level.

DIPLOMA / EQUIVALENT HOLDERS
Possess a Diploma or other equivalent qualification recognised and approved by the University Senate.

MALAYSIAN UNIVERSITY ENGLISH TEST (MUET)
Obtain at least Band 2.0 for results from Session 1, 2021 onwards, or Band 2 for results from 2020 and earlier, subject to the validity period at the time of application.
